PORTFOLIO REVIEW

FINAL PROJECT

This is my final project for 2 semester in 1st year. The task is design the retreat house for Dr jess a.k.a my studio master. My concept is naturalist, because the site of this project at ulu bendul waterfall., negeri sembilan. The retreat house have many opening, because i want the natural surrounding come inside into the house.

Beside that, the middle of the house have big stone. When assessment, Dr ruby is part of the panel say" you very understanding architect because the big stone like Dr jess face. The space of the retreat house have different angle because I want my client, Dr jess and her family can enjoy a natural view inside the house.

Precedent Study

FaillingWater is my case study. the architect for design fallingwater is Frank Lloyd Wright . i choose this faillingWater because my concept is neutralist. i should design retreat house for my masterstudio, Dr jess. My site plan at Hutan Reakreasi Ulu Bendul, Negeri Sembilan. now, i'm blur to design a retreat house. If have some suggestion, please help me

MY HOME

SLIDING house entrance

this is my second project , i should design the house entrance of my studio master, Dr jesz. before i and my friend in my workbase design her house entrance, we go to her house.

kenape saya mereka 'sliding house entrance', kerana saye nk entrance rumah dr jesz boleh bergerak dan dilindungi cahaya matahari bertindak sebagai ' sun shading device'. entrance ini terbahagi kepada 3 bahagian sebenarnya kiri, tengah dan kanan.

disebelah kanan yang terdapat kolam kecil itu, merupakan jakuzi, selain itu, ia juga kolam untuk menyejukkan badan. ditengah pula boleh dijadikan pintu utama manakala, disebelah kiri boleh dijadikan tempat bersantai bersama keluarga ataupun tempat meletak kereta.

saya juga inginkan pengunaan ruang yang maximum di kawasan rumah. dengan konsep sliding ataupun bergerak ini, kita tidak akan bosan dengan kawasan disekeliling kita kerana ia akan berubah pada masa yang bersesuaian.
